What it does
Drain Valves
A drain valve is used to remove water, sediment and sludge that collect at the bottom of tanks, boilers and pipelines. Because solid particles carried along during draining can erode the sealing face, the closing surface and body geometry of these valves are selected to withstand sediment. Self-closing models prevent the valve from being left open when draining is finished.
